1. Who controls your personal data
The data controller is Manu Inno s.r.o., operating the Mandatica website, with its registered address at Varsavska 715/36, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, Company ID 03322220.
Our processing of personal data is governed primarily by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Czech Republic’s Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing.
Questions or requests concerning personal data can be sent to info@mandatica.com.
2. Personal data we process
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, we process your full name, work email address, organization type and message. You may also choose to provide your phone number and company name.
Communication information
If you contact us or continue a conversation with us, we process the content of that communication and the information needed to respond.
Technical information
Our web servers may record technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser information and similar server-log data.
3. Why we process personal data
- To receive, assess and respond to your enquiry.
- To discuss a possible business relationship and take steps you request before entering into a contract.
- To operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and contact form.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Depending on the context, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, or compliance with a legal obligation.
The required contact-form fields are necessary for us to understand and answer your enquiry. If you do not provide them, we cannot process the form. Phone number and company name are optional.
4. Who may receive personal data
Personal data is accessible only where needed. It may be received by authorized members of our team and by providers that support website hosting, infrastructure, security and business email. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep personal data
Contact-form enquiries and related communications are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication. Information may be retained longer where a business relationship develops or where necessary to meet contractual or legal obligations or protect legal rights.
Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, troubleshooting and security, unless an incident requires longer retention.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Mandatica website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email info@mandatica.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data submitted through this website for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage can, however, be guaranteed as completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our processing activities or legal obligations change. The current version and its last-updated date will always be published on this page.
